Appearance & Themes
Vizaeo supports light, dark, or system-following mode. You can choose from 8 theme palettes — Default, Midnight, Ember, Arctic, Forest, Slate, Sunset, and Ocean — each of which changes the overall look and feel. On top of that, 7 accent colors — Default, Amber, Orange, Rose, Ocean, Forest, and Violet — let you customize the brand highlight color used for buttons, links, and interactive elements. Configure in Appearance settings.
Mode, theme palette, accent color, and color vision profile are all independent settings. You can combine any light/dark mode with any theme palette, any accent color, and any accessibility profile to create the experience that works best for you.
Color Vision Accessibility
Vizaeo offers four color vision profiles: Standard, Protanopia (red-blind safe), Deuteranopia (green-blind safe), and Tritanopia (blue-blind safe). These aren’t simple filters — they completely redefine all score colors, severity indicators, and chart colors with palettes specifically designed for each type of color vision difference.
This means every chart, badge, and status indicator in Vizaeo is fully distinguishable regardless of your color vision. The accessibility profile works independently of light/dark mode and accent themes. Set your preference in Appearance settings.
API Keys
Generate read-only API keys for connecting Vizaeo to MCP servers like Claude Desktop. This lets you query your Vizaeo data from other tools and workflows. Keys are shown once at creation — copy them immediately.
You can revoke any API key at any time from the settings page. Revoked keys stop working immediately. Manage your keys in API Key settings.
Privacy & Data
Vizaeo provides independent toggles for analytics, query logging, session replay, marketing, and IP collection. Each can be enabled or disabled separately, giving you granular control over what data is collected.
You can export all your data as JSON at any time. If you want to delete your account entirely, the Danger Zone section in settings provides permanent account deletion with all associated data. Control your preferences in Privacy settings. Export or delete your data from Data & Account.
Billing
Vizaeo uses pay-as-you-go pricing: $59 for your initial AI Visibility Analysis (includes your top 5 competitors), and $29 for each follow-up analysis. No subscription required — you only pay when you run an analysis.
Payment history and monthly spend are tracked in the billing dashboard. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. View your payment history in Billing settings.
Language & Region
Your timezone is auto-detected on first visit and used for formatting report timestamps. You can update it in settings if needed. Set your timezone in Language settings.
